Fieldstone Find Easter Egg Hunt
Please join us Saturday, March 28, at 2:30 PM at the Clubhouse for our Annual Fieldstone Find Easter Egg Hunt!
We will have egg hunts, bouncy houses, crafts, and more.
If you would like your kids to participate, please be sure to be on time.
Please walk or carpool where possible, as parking will be limited at the Clubhouse.

Annual Board Meeting
Fieldstone Farms Annual Board Meeting will be held Monday, April 13, at 7:00 PM. The Board will present financials and community updates. Homeowners: if you are unable to attend, please fill out a PROXY, so that we can properly conduct the business of the meeting.
Spring Garage Sale
The Spring Garage Sale is the first Saturday in May. This year, it falls on Saturday, May 2nd from 7AM to 3PM. Goodwill will be at Hunters Bend to accept donations from 11AM until the trucks are full. This event is rain or shine. Participants should get a permit from the City per the City's guidelines. Please visit the City's site to request a permit, you can find the link HERE.
No other yard, garage, moving, or estate sale is permitted at any other time in Fieldstone Farms except the HOA sponsored community-wide event. The sale is advertised in the Tennessean, county publications, and Craigslist.
Open Board Meeting

Welcome Event
Our Welcome Committee is holding a new-neighbor welcome event on Sunday, March 15, at 3PM. All new or new-ish neighbors (including those renting homes) are welcome to join! Committee and Board members will be in attendance, and will be sharing some history of our neighborhood as well as tips for navigating the ins-and-outs of our area. If you are an existing neighbor who wants to meet and welcome the newest folks, we’d love to have you as well. All are welcome!
Cookies with Santa!
Cookies with Santa will be held at the Fieldstone Farms Clubhouse on Saturday, December 6, from 4 PM - 6PM.
RSVP will be required for a photo with Santa.

Each 15-minute time block will include 4 families. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Stay a little longer (or come early!) to enjoy cookies and crafts with us. If you don’t have a time slot, you’re still welcome to stop by, and we’ll fit you in, if possible, at the end of the sessions!
Boo Bash
Our annual Boo Bash will be held at the Clubhouse on Saturday, Oct 25th, from 4PM – 6PM.
There will be plenty of exciting activities, including a Costume Contest, Trunk or Treat, Inflatables, Refreshments & more!
Board Meeting
Board Meeting will be held at the Clubhouse on Oct 20th from 6:30 - 7:30 PM. Updates will be given on the dues increase, white fence project, and more.
Fieldstone Farms Clothing Swap
Fieldstone Farms Clothing Swap will be held at the Clubhouse on Sunday, Oct 12th from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. All items will be swapped as a direct exchange. Drop offs can be made at the Clubhouse in the weeks leading up to the event. Unclaimed items at the end of the event will be donated.

Ladies Night in Fieldstone is this Friday, May 16th from 7-9pm at the Clubhouse!
